Job description: 

The responsibilities of the risk manager include:

  • Updating of the risk map, risk register, risk management action plan
  • Analysis of the applied methods and measures for risk management
  • Reporting on the progress and results of risk management
  • Ensuring ongoing risk management on a daily basis
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented investment projects
  • Analysis, monitoring and control of possible sources of risks, causes of their occurrence and decisions made by the company
  • Investment portfolio risk analysis
  • Work on improving business processes to eliminate or reduce potential threats
  • Preparation of recommendations for minimizing risks and monitoring their implementation

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher professional education in the fields of economics, accounting and auditing, finance, statistics, mathematics, preferably in higher educational institutions with teaching in English, degree - not lower than bachelor/specialist
  • Work experience – at least 3 years
  • Additional professional education - advanced training programs, professional retraining programs in the field of risk management

  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint programs
  • Knowledge of programs is welcome: 1C: Enterprise, SQL, Python
  • Fluency in Kazakh, English, Russian is welcome

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

Job description:

An expert analyst performs the following work duties:

  • Conducts pre-investment research, macro analysis, capital markets analysis
  • Identifies and explores its own sources of investment
  • Performs portfolio analysis of investments
  • Prepares investment recommendations
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of implemented investment projects
  • Develops recommendations for improving business processes. Assesses the expected financial transactions, their effectiveness and the degree of risk

Qualification requirements:

  • Higher professional education in the fields of economics, accounting and auditing, finance, statistics, law, preferably in higher educational institutions with teaching in English, degree - not lower than bachelor/specialist
  • Work experience – at least a year

Requirements for the analyst's personality:
