NU Impact Foundation joined Open House Day — NU Fest: Generation AI at Nazarbayev University.
Throughout the day, hundreds of visitors came to our space to explore what is happening across the Foundation’s portfolio — from technology and creative infrastructure to entrepreneurship and international opportunities.
At the stand, NU STeP brought its Fab Lab and DC Lab to life through 3D printing, digital tools and hands-on activities. Өnergy Creative Hub introduced visitors to its creative spaces and laboratories, while also creating new content with 23 NU Fest guests.
We also showcased Brain Patch, a neurotech project presented by SITF. Its journey to the StartX program, supported through the NU Impact Foundation ecosystem, offered a tangible example of how a promising project can gain access to international opportunities.
Visitors could also customize Foundation merchandise and experiment with an AI photo booth — creating a space where people could interact, ask questions, discover projects and see the possibilities for themselves.
For us, this is what the Foundation’s role is about: bringing opportunities closer to people and connecting ideas with the spaces, resources, expertise and partnerships that can help them grow.
